What happens to your enquiry
The form composes your message only in your browser. Its contents are not sent to the website server or saved by the form. Copying places the message in your device clipboard. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the data passes to that application before you send the message to our team. Include only what is needed for the enquiry and avoid sensitive information.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, company, location and the details you include. We use them to respond and discuss a quote. For company representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship. If you are the contracting party, steps taken at your request before a contract may apply. Billing information has a separate purpose and retention period under applicable legal obligations.
You can browse without sending an enquiry. Without enough details we may be unable to prepare a quote. Asking for information does not place an order or automatically form a contract.
Hosting and protection
The website runs on the server administered for Dayro and uses Cloudflare for HTTPS delivery and access protection. These services process technical data, including IP address, requested page address, time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. The intended basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and protected. Do not enter personal information in product searches or URLs.
Optional analytics
PostHog analytics is being prepared and is disabled on this website. We do not send visitor events to PostHog. Activation will include an explicit accept/reject choice and an update to this notice.
Recipients and external services
Sent enquiries are accessible to the team handling requests and the providers of your chosen channels. The company email uses Yahoo. WhatsApp, Yahoo and Cloudflare have their own data-processing notices. International providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Service configuration and applicable contracts must be checked to specify the safeguards for each transfer.
Retention and rights
How long correspondence is retained depends on resolving the enquiry, the business relationship, archiving duties and the defence of legal claims. The specific deletion schedule for messages and technical logs is being verified. This notice will be completed after it is confirmed.
